After the product is sold, an invoice/remittance is provided to the customer, detailing the purchase information.
The invoice/remittance includes the date of purchase and the company's contact information for any questions or issues that may arise.


The product comes with a 3-year warranty, which is valid as long as the game has not been tampered with by anyone unauthorized by the company.


Please note that to address any defects in the product, the customer must send the defective part to us for repair. The shipping cost for this part is the responsibility of the customer.
